My role is to work cooperatively with you to craft your trip vision into a seamless, satisfying reality.
The Value of Our Partnership
When you book with Trav'ellen, you aren't just getting a confirmation number. You are getting the leverage of my Virtuoso Network and Largay Travel affiliations. This means you arrive as a VIP with preferred status, room upgrades, complimentary breakfasts, and resort credits—perks you simply cannot access by booking on your own.
How I Am Compensated
I believe in being transparent about how my business works. My compensation comes from two sources:

Professional Fees: These cover my time, expertise, research, and the management of your itinerary.

Industry Commissions: I receive commission from hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. These are built into the rates I present to you. If a particular supplier does not work with travel advisors, I will most often suggest that clients book it themselves and assume the risk of such booking

Planning Fee
Starting at $400 per couple.
This fee covers the research, design, and execution of a bespoke itinerary. It allows me to spend the time necessary to vet properties, coordinate logistics, and communicate with on-site managers to ensure your arrival is anticipated.

Note: Fees may be adjusted for complex multi-destination journeys, large groups, or extensive scouting. I will always confirm the fee before I begin.
Airline Ticketing
Starting at $100 per ticket.
Booking air travel involves more than just a seat assignment. I monitor your flight for changes, assist with seat selections, and provide advocacy in the event of cancellations or delays.

Note: I do not offer standalone consulting or research for an hourly fee.

1. The Discovery Call
We start with a conversation about your trip vision. I want to know about the trips you’ve loved, the ones you didn't, and what you’re looking for this time around. From there, I’ll put together a plan that fits your style and pace. We will revise and review until the itinerary looks right to you.
2. Handling the Details
Once the plan is set, I take care of the bookings. I don't just book rooms; I personally reach out to the hotel managers. The Largay Travel and Virtuoso relationships accord you with room upgrades, breakfast, and extra credits, benefits you would not get booking on your own.
3. The Final Check
Before you leave, I double-check everything—flights, drivers, and dinner reservations. You’ll get a clear, easy-to-read itinerary that has all your info in one place. My goal is for you to leave home feeling like everything is under control.
4. While You're Away
If something goes sideways while you’re traveling—a flight gets canceled or a plan changes—you don't have to spend your vacation on hold with an airline. I’ll get to work fixing it in the background while you keep enjoying your day.
5. When You Return
I’ll check in with you a few days after you get home. I want to hear the honest truth about how it went—what was great and what wasn't. This helps me get to know your tastes even better for the next time we plan a trip, and I can pass your feedback directly back to the hotels.

ETIAS & EES Information
As you plan your upcoming European travels, I want to ensure that your journey remains as seamless as possible. Europe is implementing a major change to its border management process with the launch of the new Entry/Exit System (EES). This digital update replaces traditional manual passport stamping and will affect all non-EU visitors, including U.S. citizens, traveling to 29 Schengen area countries.
